For the past few weeks, I have been working virtually with our clients. The work is going well even if sometimes internet access is not always optimal. We exchange by email, zoom, whatsapp, messenger and we end up understanding each other.
Now winter is coming. We are still in confinement but there is hope with the vaccines.
But I miss taking the road …
Mentorship involves a lot of life experience. Learning might arise from different sources over the years and wisdom show up in unexpected places. The one thing that tutoring has in common for everyone is that it’s personal.
The goal of this platform is to facilitate mentoring and knowledge transfer with clients encountered in assignments and those joining in coming years.
