Back to the Philippines for in-person assignment post-pandemic. First stop was for an audience with La Reina Elena in Lucena city. La Reina Elena started out as a small noodle factory, but thanks to the strong determination, passion, and hard work of its owner Eleonor (and I can confirm!), it has become one of the leading producers of different types of noodles in the Philippines.
Second visit was with RCB Crafts and Designs where I met Rochelles. Another inspiring woman who creates jobs and manufactures very high quality products.
